Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsors will receive 100 word entry in the delegate handbook – an A4, full colour brochure, issued to all event delegates, speakers and exhibitors, giving details about your company and the services you provide, including full colour logo and contact details. This entry will also appear on The Conference of The Isles Web Pages along with a free hyperlink to your own site.

You will receive full branding on your chosen item or within the sponsored conference area (benefits listed below). Our premium package guarantees you maximum exposure before, during and after the event. This can include:

CONFERENCE BAGS - £1500 + VAT   

Every attendee at the conference receives a high quality conference briefcase which can be used time and time again. The front of the briefcases will be branded with conference identity alongside sponsor branding. DELEGATE BADGES / LANYARDS - £750

Every delegate, exhibitor, event visitor, speaker and staff member is issued with a conference security badge upon registration. Badges are of a high quality and are one of the first items that attendees take note of upon arrival. Make sure your company’s branding is one of the first to be noticed!

BREAKOUT ROOM - £400 

These rooms provide a fantastic opportunity for targeted branding and high visual impact. All conference delegates, exhibitors and speakers attend sessions in the breakout venues throughout the conference.

Benefits to include:

  • Breakout Room will be named after sponsor in all listings in event materials
  • Display boards placed in the breakout room
  • Literature or item of your choice placed on seats in your room (These will be replenished daily on your behalf prior to each session)
  • Branding of your choice to appear on the stage backdrop screen prior to each session commencing. This can take the format on static logo and message or animated PowerPoint presentation.
  • Logo to appear on breakout tickets for all sessions hosted in your room

DELEGATE LIST - £300 

The first area of interest for all delegates and exhibitors on arrival is who else is at the conference. This document provides a complete listing, including day delegates, of who is in attendance and is used as a point of reference throughout the conference.
