Exhibition Package & Cost

The exhibition opens at 12.30 pm on Friday 26th October and closes at 11.00am on Sunday 28th October. Exhibitors may, if they prefer, take their stand down at 1.00pm on Saturday 27th.

  • A 3m x 2m space stand to include one table (including table cloth) and two chairs.
  • Entry in conference programme, full colour brochure, issued to all event delegates, speakers and exhibitors, giving details about your company and the services you provide, including full colour logo and contact details.
  • Company name and logo will appear on Exhibition website in exhibitor listing along with a free hyperlink to your own site.
  • One delegate bag handed out at exhibitor registration, to include a copy of complete delegate listing.
  • Free Conference entry for two representatives. Entry applies to exhibition staff only and not other staff attending from your organisation.
  • Complimentary teas and coffees throughout the Conference
  • Complimentary two course buffet lunches for two representatives on Friday 
  • Reduced price dinner tickets for Friday and Saturday - POA
  • Direct accessibility from car park to exhibition area for easy build-up and breakdown.
  • Provision of promotional copy and EVH Conference logo for use on your own website and marketing materials.

ACCOMMODATION

B&B in the Fairmont is £160 for a single room and £179 for a double. We can also recommend accommodation at the Russocks Hotel or we can recommend other hotels nearby.. please give us a call to discuss on 0131 552 1500.
